You agree that you will not, without our prior written consent, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is given. The headers used in this agreement are simply there for your convenience and have no bearing on these Terms in any way.
3. Account Creation And Termination
You will need to register an account in order to use some of the Services' features. The account of another individual may not be used. According to the terms and circumstances of this Agreement, you shall be presumed to have permission to access and use the Site each time you use a password or other form of identification, and AllWinPCBA is under no duty to look into the legitimacy of any such access or use of the Services.
Whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, you will be solely responsible for all communications and transmissions made and obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) incurred through such access or use by anyone using the password and identification initially assigned to you. 4. Price And Payment
AllWinPCBA makes every attempt to offer up-to-date and correct information on the items and pricing, but it can not make any guarantees as to its accuracy or currency.
Online pricing quotes do not ensure final order volume or turnaround timeframes. Production capacity reviews apply to all order sizes and turnaround timeframes. The pricing that appears on the website when you place an order won't become binding until you get confirmation and the provided documentation files have been reviewed. If the provided documentation does not match the information supplied on the order entry screen, AllWinPCBA retains the right to modify the pricing or cancel the order. In these situations, we'll let you know about the modifications. If your purchase is canceled and you have already made a payment for the order, AllWinPCBA will reimburse your payment using the original method.
AllWinPCBA retains the right to cancel any orders as a result of any price, typographical, or other mistakes that may appear in any of its offers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
The client is in charge of making sure that the delivery address he has provided on the online form is accurate and full. Incorrect address information will result in extra transportation expenses that will be passed along to the consumer. All orders are subject to international clients' own customs duties and import taxes.
Your items will be delivered to the location listed in your order by AllWinPCBA in a time frame that is considered commercially reasonable. We put a lot of effort to ensure that all of your PCB purchases are sent promptly. However, there are times when the freight carriers are tardy or make mistakes with shipments. We apologize when this occurs, but we are not liable for these carriers' delays.
6. Title And Risk Of Loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer following delivery to the carrier, which is considered delivery to the buyer. Any claim by the buyer about damage sustained during delivery or transportation should be made directly to the carrier. AllWinPCBA disclaims all liability for any shipping delays, product loss, or damage; nonetheless, if you have any of these issues, kindly get in touch with our customer support as soon as possible. We can advise you on how to get treatment.
Although the risk of loss has passed to the buyer, AllWinPCBA will retain ownership of the goods sold under this agreement until all payments, including deferred payments evidenced by notes or other documents, Interest, and carrying charges have been made by PayPal. The buyer also agrees to take all steps necessary to perfect and maintain such ownership in AllWinPCBA.
7. Reviews, Comments And Submissions
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Services, anything that you submit or post to the Services and/or provide to allwinpcba.com , including, without limitation, picture, video, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to AllWinPCBA without charge and AllWinPCBA shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions.All Submissions instantly become the exclusive property of AllWinPCBA; they are not returnable, and you agree not to file any claims in relation to future uses of the entry by AllWinPCBA.
8. Confidentiality
Except for open or approved information from a copyright owner, any information that a supplier or customer receives about the other party must be kept secret.
The term "Confidential Information" refers to all proprietary, confidential, or non-public information, technologies, and materials of a Discloser, including but not limited to: computer software, designs, processes, and financial and sales information; details of client relationships or contracts; and information about customers.
9. Product Liability
If a product proves to be faulty within 30 days of invoice, AllWinPCBA's sole responsibility is to repair it or issue a refund, as it sees fit. AllWinPCBA clearly disclaims all additional guarantees, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, and makes no warranties, either express or implied. AllWinPCBA will never be held responsible for damages that go beyond the buyer's purchase price or that are indirect or consequential.
This guarantee does not cover items that have been mistreated (including by static discharge), neglected, damaged by accident, or changed during assembly in a way that prevents testing.
